The proposal seeks harmony between numerous aspects such as multiple functional needs, local regulations, environmental conditions, and construction critical issues. It stands out for its internal sensitivity, offering an introspective space. The mass of the building is resolved as a single volume, with an envelope designed to interact with the surroundings through light and natural ventilation.

It looks inwardly to create an intimate, simple interaction space without formal forcing, with the objective of "serving" a banking agency and, at the same time, becoming an important space of cultural development for the city of Huancayo.

La proposta cerca armonia tra numerosi aspetti quali esigenze funzionali multiple, di normativa locale, condizioni ambientali, e criticità costruttive. Si contraddistingue per la sensibilità interna proponendo uno spazio introspettivo. La massa dell'edificio viene risolta come unico volume, e un involucro studiato per interagire con l'intorno tramite la luce, la ventilazione naturale.

Si rivolge verso l'interno per creare uno spazio di interazione intimo, semplice e senza forzature formali, con l'obiettivo di “servire” un’agenzia bancaria e, al contempo, divenire un importante spazio di sviluppo culturale per la città di Huancayo.
