This preliminary design proposes a fifteen-story building and five underground floors. Since it is a plot with a very wide front, the building has not been aligned with the adjacent neighbours.

On the first two floors is the entrance hall, two double-height shops with transparent tempered glass overlooking El Ejército avenue and Ugarte and Moscoso streets, one of which ends and forms the key corner of the project. The future building will house a total of thirty-six apartments of varying types, from one to three bedrooms.

Si propone un edificio di quindici piani e cinque piani interrati. Trattandosi di un terreno con un fronte molto largo, l'edificio non è stato allineato ai vicini attigui.

Ai primi due piani si trova l'androne d'ingresso, due negozi doppia altezza con vetrate che si affacciano sul viale El Ejército e sulle vie Ugarte e Moscoso, uno dei quali termina e costituisce l'angolo chiave del progetto. Il futuro edificio ospiterà un totale di trentasei appartamenti dalla tipologia variabile, da una a tre camere da letto.
