The project for the new vacation home is located in the exclusive beach resort of Coral Beach in Asia, south of Lima.

The house is organized through an interior circular patio that allows the whole house to be illuminated and ventilated during the summer. The main staircase that leads to the terrace on the second level is also located in this central patio in an sculptural way.  On the second level is located the pool and the rest and grill areas, organized under a metallic pergola that protects us from the sun.

La casa è organizzata attraverso un patio circolare interno che permette a tutta la casa di essere illuminata e ventilata durante la bella stagione. La scala principale che conduce alla terrazza del secondo livello si trova in questo patio centrale ha una presenza scultorea. Al secondo livello si trova la piscina e le zone relax e grill, organizzate sotto un pergolato metallico che ci protegge dal sole.
